Over the past year we have raised Ducks (Khaki Campbells) in the orchard to clean up any fallen fruit and eat a lot of the grass growing between the trees. They are dressed, vacuum packed and frozen, ready to be thawed and cooked! Averaging around 3 pounds each they have great flavor without excessive amounts of grease (thanks to being grass-fed). Don’t forget to add the Apple Butter BBQ Sauce!
